Delivery and Exchange Policy

Delivery Terms

• ¹There will be a delivery fee of S$7.00 per delivery for orders below $70. FREE shipping for orders above $70.
• Your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered to the address in 3-5 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during peak periods (October to February) and festive seasons, there may be 1-2 days delay.
• Contact number is mandatory upon checkout so that our delivery provider will notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.
• Kindly ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Sagana International Pte Ltd is not held responsible for purchases delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

Exchange Policy

• Goods sold are exchangeable within 7 days with the order number as proof of purchase. This is only applicable for defective or incorrect item received.
• The exchange will be done at 61 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #05-10 Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 417943.
• Exchange is done by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please send an email to sagana.international@babilou-family.sg with your exchange information and we will schedule an appointment for you.
• Goods returned for exchange MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed and/or worn, not altered, not ironed and in original packaging.
• All items sold are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
